Hugh Jackman Hangs Up the Claws as Wolverine?

Hugh Jackman may not appear as Wolverine after X-Men: Days of Future Past. The actor made famous by his role as Wolverine is not getting any younger, so the time is coming when a younger Wolverine will have to be picked. According to the EW, producer Hutch Parker is reluctant to let Hugh Jackman go. Hugh Jackman, on the other hand, says he was not sure about doing the first independent film, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and is fine with letting some one else take over his role. Though he does say that he still loves being the Wolverine and he would do another film as long as there is a very compelling reason. Here is a link the EW for more reading on Hugh Jackman.

Hugh Jackman will appear in X-Men: Days of Future Past and he could possibly appear in Avengers 2, but this is still in the works and the producer does not know if he can be worked in.

  1. I hate it when they change characters of movie when they have multiple movies... I hope he stays in it for the long run.
